Family Package

Our Family Package includes 1/4 of a Grass Fed Beef and 1/2 of a pasture raised Berkshire pork. This package is our best value as you get the pork and beef at a lower price per pound. A half pork is normally $3.50/lb (hanging weight) you will get it at the whole pork price of $3.25/lb (hanging weight). The same applies to the beef, rather than pay $3.50/lb (hanging weight) you get the 1/2 beef price of $3.25/lb (hanging weight).

Combined this package will require 4-6 cubic feet of freezer space.

You pay the deposit now and the balance when we deliver your order. We will try and deliver the beef and pork together but sometimes need to make two deliveries, one for the pork and one for the beef.

A Family Package will include:

1/4 Grass Fed Beef - Around 85-120 lbs of cuts (125-175 lbs hanging weight)
1/2 Berkshire Pork - Around 70-95 lbs of cuts (80-110 lbs hanging weight)

At $3.25/lb hanging weight you can expect a total cost in the range $686 - $926 with an average around $800 (this includes 3% Utah Food Sales Tax)

Choose below from one of our three processing preferences. The beef is all packaged the same. The pork can be processed three different ways.

1. Hams and Bacon smoked and cured with the ground pork seasoned as breakfast sausage.
2. Hams and Bacon smoked and cured with the ground pork left unseasoned.
3. Hams and Bacon left fresh with the ground pork left unseasoned.
