We are a small family farm and do not always have animals ready for slaughter. Some animals like turkeys and chickens are seasonal and only available during certain times of the year. This page is updated regularly to let you know when meat is available. Keep in mind that each of these will sell out before they are ready, so get your orders in quickly!
Below you will find the type of meat and the month in which it will be ready for delivery. For example, if you wanted to order pork, you can see which month we are currently taking deposits/orders for. If we are in the month of January and the pork status is March, then placing an order today would get you an order for our March delivery. If you wait until March to order you will likely not get your pork until May or June. Orders are taken on a first come first serve basis. You will not be on the order list until a deposit is received.
