Our PRODUCTS
Our Beef, Pork and Lamb are of the highest quality due to our careful attention to genetics, natural stress-free environments and humane handling. This creates meat that is healthier, more flavorful and beneficial to the land. Our meat is available in whole and half animals, boxes and bundles and in individual cuts.
Our Practices
All of our animals roam on large, open pastures. Our Cattle are mostly grass fed and given extra hay, alfalfa and barley. Our Berkshire pigs love to wander around their 5 acre paddock where they can graze on grasses, root through the dirt and wallow in their self-made mud holes. Our young lamb is raised in the beautiful grassy mountains, pasture-raised and finished with barley.
COMMUNITY
One of the greatest rewards we have experienced farming is the sense of community we feel. Our partnerships with local butchers, grain farmers, restaurants and individual eaters not only creates a better local food system, it has also given us great friends and community.
